Our calling

Upon realizing it is time universities rekindled their sense of purpose in their societies, fearlessly but consciously addressing pertinent matters of national and global interest in the most relevant way to their societies.

Like a voice in the wilderness seeking to revitalize their stance in national and global matters, that they not only be heard but profoundly brought to purpose and action.

It is further due to this spirit, that we believe, ours should be a calling to a cause greater than ourselves, as leaders of tomorrow see a ray of hope amidst darkness and perhaps a celebration of what has been achieved as we embark to achieve greater things, a challenge every generation has to meet, to out do, perfect and fine tune the needs of our societies. We are then, more than hopeful that the International Students Week in Tanzania 2010 will bring a period of renaissance to such a spirit.
